Itinerary
Below you can find a day-to-day description of the hike

day 1
Cuzco - Soraypampa
at 4.00am pickup from your hotel to go to the village of Mollepata, where starts the trail. The walk brings you to the campsite Soraypampa, close to the mountains Salkantay and Huamantay.

day 2
Soraypampa - Incaracay

C limbing the slopes of Salkantay, reaching the pass at about 4800m, then down to the camp in Incaracay. Walking time about 8 hours.

day 3
Inca racay - KM 88
Y ou visit the archaeological site of Paucarcancha, arrive in Huayllabamba, where you can continue on to the incatrail or walking further down to KM 88 to take the train back to Cuzco (or even go to Machu Picchu) .
